Twenty-Sixth Amendment

"The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age."

18 year old citizens are now giving the right to vote.

This was the Mantra of the 2008 elections that wanted to get the minority out and vote during the election year.
