The Sixth Amendment

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense."

All people have the right to a trial by jury.  No person shall be held for an extended period of time without just cause.  All people are able to confront their accuser, and are allowed to have an attorney.

This video puts the most basic ideals of the 6th amendment in plain english.  Everyone has the right to an attorney and you can have one provided for you.

Are you freaking Kidding me?  So how can this man have an impartial jury when one of the jurors knows the man on trial from working in the department of corrections?  So the man we have enforcing the constitution, does not fully understand the meaning of the amendments.  LOL  Our criminal justice system is a joke.
